With the Bagel Guillotine, you can safely and effortlessly slice your bagels in half. It's so easy, simply place bagel in the slot and push down on the blade. The Bagel Guillotine has a cradle that holds the bagel while two clear acrylic safety shields keep fingers away from the patented bagel piercing blade. Accommodates various sizes of bagels, muffins, buns, and rolls. Features precision ground serrated cutting edges and a Xylan-coated stainless steel blade for smooth slicing and durability.

How to Use Your Bagel Guillotine

Remove handle portion of the Bagel Guillotine from the base by grasping the top of the handle with one hand and holding the base with the other hand.

Place the bagel the base. Then position the handle directly over the base, with the blade pointing downwards. The handle will 'sleeve' over the base. Push straight down until the handle portion meets the base.

Holding the bottle of the base with one hand, life the handle portion up. Then remove your perfectly sliced bagel. If the bagel sticks, use a utensil to push down of the bagel to lose it.

Recommendations

Never slice frozen or stale bagels as they will dull the blade. Slice your bagels before you freeze them or thaw frozen bagels before slicing.

Steamy, moist or 'sticky' bagels may compress or squash during slicing; allow bagels to cool off before slicing.

Flavored bagels may leave a sticky residue on the blade. Regular cleaning allows for the Bagel Guillotine to work at its maximum efficiency.
